The recipe is super simple.
1 cup Mayonaise
½ cup Sour Cream
¼ cups Cream
2 TB Parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dill
½ tsp onion powder
½ salt
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to let all the flavors blend.
